What we collect
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name, your company, your country, your e-mail address, the message itself, and the fact that you ticked the consent box. Nothing else is asked for, and no field is filled in on your behalf.
Our hosting provider also records ordinary server data — the address of the request, the time, the page and the browser — as part of running and securing the site.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry: to prepare a price, arrange a sample, or reply to a question. The basis for this is your consent, given when you send the form, and the steps taken before entering into a contract.
- To keep a record of what was quoted to whom, which is a normal part of doing business and of our own accounting obligations.
- To keep the site running and protect it from abuse.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build profiles, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and e-mail providers process the data on our instructions, because a message has to travel somewhere to reach us. Beyond that, your data is disclosed only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as the commercial conversation is live, and afterwards for the period our accounting and contract records require. When neither applies any more, the correspondence is deleted.
What you can ask for
- A copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction of anything inaccurate.
- Deletion of your data, where we are not required to keep it.
- Withdrawal of your consent, at any time and without giving a reason. Withdrawing it does not affect what was lawful before.
Write to sales1@tuoils.com and we will answer. If you are not satisfied with how we handle it, you can complain to the supervisory authority in your country.
