Coriander cake is obtained during the essential oil production by processing coriander fruit. The cake is treated with steam for two and a half hours, then dried with hot air at a temperature of ninety-six degrees, so the output of the cake as a product is obtained almost sterile.
After drying the cake immediately goes to the semi-automatic packing line into polypropylene bags of 25kg or big-bags of 250kg.
Coriander cake contains: proteins, fats, fiber. In terms of nutritional value coriander cake is equal to 1.1 feed unit. Coriander cake is widely used in feeding cattle, poultry, pigs, pigs, sheep, and goats. It is used in feeding fish.
